Suma leads the marketing function of NuSummit and its subsidiaries. She is a seasoned technology marketer with over 25 years of experience in B2B domains. Before joining NuSummit, Suma was associated with Birlasoft, KPIT, SYSTIME, Satyam Computer Services Ltd., FCB ULKA, and Grasim Industries.
A strategic thinker with proven experience in leading the marketing function, she specializes in managing end-to-end strategy to execution of channel priorities in coordination with diverse and multi-disciplinary teams. With rich experience in M&A brand integration, Suma has been instrumental in building impactful brands.
Suma has been awarded the ‘Most Influential MarTech Leader’ by World Marketing Congress thrice. She has also been ranked among the Top 50 Content Marketers in India and among the Top 100 Digital Marketing professionals in India by Paul Writer. Furthermore, Suma has been listed among the ‘Most Influential Brand Leaders’ in 2023.
Suma is an alumnus of the Goa Institute of Management, specializing in Advertising and Marketing, and is also a PG Diploma holder in Digital Strategies and Digital Marketing from Columbia Business School. Suma is actively involved in community-driven initiatives and is passionate about teaching the younger generation, as she sees the potential for a better future with responsible education and holistic nurturing.
Dr. Pratap is the Senior Vice President at NuSummit, driving large strategic client relations globally across services lines for the European and North American markets. With 25+ years of experience as a Business leader, Pratap is instrumental in exploring new revenue opportunities through critical business partnerships, strategies, and sustainable plans for future-focused growth.
Before joining NuSummit as the Global Head of Sales, Pratap was part of the CME Europe team at Infosys, handling large global communication giants before moving to Digital Consulting at P5.
Earlier, Pratap led the French international business at Orange, driving sales for large accounts outside the Paris HQ, and helmed a team across six continents. He established the IT/ITeS vertical and created a global delivery model to serve customers.
As the Head of Sales for the Global Banking and Financial Markets vertical at British Telecom, Pratap interacted with Wall Street’s large financial services organizations. He established a good network with financial institutions by working on the low-latency BT Radianz offering for Capital Markets. He also drove the Financial Services business at Vodafone Global Enterprise (C&W) and set up the System Integration Practice. Pratap has had a stint with HCL as the Sales Head for the Large Account Management (LAM) Group.
Pratap holds an Engineering Degree in Electronics & Communications, an MBA in International Business, and a Ph.D. in Digital Transformation. He has published several research papers in leading journals on wide-ranging digital transformation topics.
With extensive experience in driving the cybersecurity business and operations, Navin plays a vital role in streamlining the operations for NuSummit. He is also responsible for the growth of the cybersecurity business in emerging markets.
Navin’s experience spans multiple industries such as BFSI, IT/ITeS, Retail, and Hospitality, where tech interventions continue to help reinvent the pureplay aspects of these industries. Navin has had successful stints with global brands like IBM, Network Solutions, and Microland Limited where he was entrusted with managing large teams focused on building customized solutions and client acquisition.
He holds a Master’s degree in marketing from NMIMS, Mumbai, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Amravati University, and a Diploma in Computer Studies from Hendon College, London. Navin is an ISACA®-certified Information Systems Auditor® and a certified coach from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and has also completed an Executive Management Degree from IIM Kozhikode.
He enjoys reading books on effective leadership strategies in his spare time.
