Our flagship program dedicated to cultivating the ‘talent of the future’ by guiding the top 25% of our talent pool in developing essential agility skills through personalized development inventions, career planning, and exposure to leadership.

Leap

The Learning and Development (L&D) team collaborates with external SMEs and partners to host monthly open workshops on a range of emerging and legacy technologies. These workshops align with certification programs and are a key component of our monthly training calendar.

Lakshya

Every new employee becomes a part of our ‘Lakshya’ program, which is integrated into the technical onboarding process. Lakshya is designed to upskill employees, enhance engagement, foster enablement programs, retain knowledge, and cultivate a culture of continuous learning. Under the Lakshya umbrella, we run a variety of initiatives, including ‘Tejas,’ ‘Nav,’ the ‘Presentation Series,’ ‘Leadership Series,’ and the ‘Project Management Series.’

Gyaan Ganga

Our Knowledge Sharing Sessions, is an open platform for all team members. Every Friday, speakers can volunteer to share their expertise and present on a topic of their choice. NPL: A Celebration of Team Spirit and Engagement

One of our most exciting employee engagement events is the NPL—a mega cricket league where teams from various locations unite to celebrate our spirit of teamwork.  NPL exemplifies our commitment to fostering a positive work culture and building strong relationships among colleagues. With nearly 100 teams and 1,200 employees participating, months of practice lead up to this thrilling competition, held in multiple formats of the game.

We recognize that a healthy workplace is a happy and efficient one. The Health and Wellbeing program is focused on promoting a holistic wellbeing for our employees. The physical wellbeing initiative is focused on promoting regular physical activities and healthy lifesytle choices for a long term. Fitness Drive has been our program for our employee’s transformation and for building fitness quotient focusing on holistic fitness encompassing the body, diet, and mind.

As an organization, we believe and have maintained a stance that mental well-being is of pivotal importance, which encompasses the ability of the employees to cope with the demands of their jobs, maintain positive relationships with colleagues, and have a sense of purpose and fulfillment in their work.
In this area, we have introduced an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), a counseling and referral service offered to our employees and their dependents.
