Anantharaman Sreenivasan (Ganesh) has two-plus decades of enriched experience in various markets and industry verticals across consulting, technology, operations, and products. He is currently the Managing Director and Group CEO of NuSummit Technologies Private Limited.

In his erstwhile role, Ganesh was Cognizant’s Vice President & Country Head of India Market, responsible for client-centricity, P&L, business, and strategic direction for this region. He was also part of the global Executive Leadership Team (ELT), Global Growth Market (GGM) Leadership, and the India Leadership Council (ILC) for Cognizant.

Earlier, he worked in multiple leadership roles at IBM, driving Digital business, Analytics, Cognitive, and Cloud adoption across industry verticals. In his long stint with the Financial Services vertical, he has been responsible for driving some of the largest global digital transformation and strategic outsourcing programs for BFSI clients. In his many stints, he has also worked closely with the IBM research and IBM software labs to explore and leverage the adoption of new-age technologies to address business problems.

Previously he was with iGate Global Solutions in the NA region and was responsible for setting up their Media & Entertainment practice globally. Ganesh spent the early years of his career with two of India’s leading media houses, Bennett Coleman & Co Ltd. (The Times Group) and The Indian Express Newspapers Ltd.

Ganesh holds a BE Mechanical degree from Pune University and a Master’s in Marketing Management from NMIMS, Mumbai. He is a recipient of the prestigious Master Deal Maker certification from INSEAD. Ganesh has completed the Breakthrough Value Leadership Executive program by Boston Toronto Group and IBM (a Harvard Executive Leadership Program). He has also been part of various leadership development programs, such as the GGM Global Leadership of Cognizant (conducted in Amsterdam for top leaders of Cognizant).

Ganesh is the Past Chair of the Regional Council for NASSCOM and Member of CII Western Region Sub-Committee on R&D, Innovation and Digitalisation and is regularly invited as an industry speaker in various forums.

A hands-on leader, Sameer is a core technologist nearing three decades of experience in cybersecurity and organization leadership.

Sameer co-founded Aujas Cybersecurity, a global company focused on cybersecurity transformation. Instated in 2008 with venture backing, Aujas Cybersecurity is now a subsidiary of NuSummit.
Earlier, Sameer held business and technology leadership positions at Fidelity Investments, Cisco Systems, Hewlett Packard, and Microland.

An Engineering graduate from the University of Pune and Executive Management at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore, Sameer held several industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, ITIL Masters, etc., and is an active member and contributor to the Forbes Technology Council. Sameer also speaks at industry events and enjoys mentoring young talent with his associations with schools and universities.

Kaustubh Laturkar has over 25 years of enriched experience in various global markets and industry verticals across consulting, sales, delivery, and business solutioning. He is passionate about art-of-possible within ‘Digital Transformation’ and believes that ‘Digital Transformation’ is about holistic transformation than just about technology. Kaustubh is excited about opportunities in ‘sustainability’ leveraging technology.

In his erstwhile role, Kaustubh was part of the Senior Leadership Team at Cognizant and the Global Leadership Team of Cognizant Digital Business – AI and Data/Analytics business. He was one of the founding members of Cognizant’s ‘Artificial Intelligence’ team, funded by the CEO for incubating AI within Cognizant. Kaustubh spearheaded several strategic market units across the globe and transformed Cognizant’s competitive positioning in these markets.

Kaustubh was responsible for large P&L, delivery, and portfolio solutioning. He ran several strategic initiatives at the organizational level. He was Centre Head for Pune and Mumbai locations for AI and Analytics business, leading a team of around 3000 employees. He was also responsible for building capabilities locally within these locations.

Kaustubh considers himself fortunate for getting mentored by senior leaders in the industry and thereby getting exposure to all parts of the business. He has been working with executive leaders across the industry and board members.

A mechanical engineer by education, Kaustubh is passionate about solving complex business problems using the power of technology. He is also a regular speaker at various industry forums and universities.

Srini spearheads NuSummit’s growth strategy to drive global market expansion and reinforce its position as a trusted partner for financial institutions navigating rapid technological evolution.

Srini brings a proven track record of leading transformative initiatives, accelerating revenue growth, and strengthening strategic partnerships across global markets and industry verticals. Most recently, he served as the Chief Revenue Officer at Apexon (a Goldman Sachs Portfolio Company), where he was responsible for the company’s revenue and profitability performance and spearheaded the Go-to-Market strategy, refining propositions and offerings in key market segments. His prior leadership roles at Orion Innovation, Virtusa, Tech Mahindra, and HCL have been instrumental in business expansion, digital transformation, and client success.

He holds a Master’s degree in Sales & Marketing from IIM, Lucknow and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth

At NuSummit, Dayesh will lead our financial strategy and partner with the leadership to establish NuSummit as a modern, global technology powerhouse.

Dayesh is a CFONEXT100 Awardee, a recognition by CFO India that highlights his significant contributions to the Finance profession. In his most recent role as Vice President – Finance at Birlasoft Ltd, he led the Global Corporate Finance function, overseeing FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Pricing, Investor Reporting, and Enterprise Risk Management.

He has completed his B.Tech in Chemical engineering from University of Calicut and CFA, PGDBA from ICFAI.

Prior to that, at Larsen & Toubro Infotech she served as Global Head & VP of Global Talent Strategy and drove strategic HR, large-scale cultural transformation, and organizational change across regions.

Vidya has completed her Masters in Personnel Management and Bachelors in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University. She is also an ICF-certified Executive Coach (PCC) and a GPHR-certified HR professional.
