Across his 24 years journey as a Gen AI evangelist, entrepreneur and leader,  Manas has seen the evolution of Data and AI, right from the mainframes and Statistics to Big Data + ML to the emerging waves of Document as Data + GenAI. His expertise spans across data engineering, analytics, machine learning, and emerging paradigms such as Document as Data and Generative AI. Manas is deeply passionate about delivering business value using Innovations in Data and Deeptech as tools. He plays a key role in strengthening our enterprise AI platform and expanding our ability to deliver data-driven business impact at scale.

In his previous stint as the Co-Founder/CEO of Affine.ai, Manas built a 400+ member highly successful Data and AI startup, delivering cutting edge solutions.

Manas has completed his B.Tech in Chemical engineering from IIT, Kharagpur as well as MBA in Analytical Finance from Indian School of Business.

Dr. Pratap is the Senior Vice President at NuSummit, driving large strategic client relations globally across services lines for the European and North American markets. With 25+ years of experience as a Business leader, Pratap is instrumental in exploring new revenue opportunities through critical business partnerships, strategies, and sustainable plans for future-focused growth.

Before joining NuSummit as the Global Head of Sales, Pratap was part of the CME Europe team at Infosys, handling large global communication giants before moving to Digital Consulting at P5.

Earlier, Pratap led the French international business at Orange, driving sales for large accounts outside the Paris HQ, and helmed a team across six continents. He established the IT/ITeS vertical and created a global delivery model to serve customers.

As the Head of Sales for the Global Banking and Financial Markets vertical at British Telecom, Pratap interacted with Wall Street’s large financial services organizations. He established a good network with financial institutions by working on the low-latency BT Radianz offering for Capital Markets. He also drove the Financial Services business at Vodafone Global Enterprise (C&W) and set up the System Integration Practice. Pratap has had a stint with HCL as the Sales Head for the Large Account Management (LAM) Group.

Pratap holds an Engineering Degree in Electronics & Communications, an MBA in International Business, and a Ph.D. in Digital Transformation. He has published several research papers in leading journals on wide-ranging digital transformation topics.

As Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for NuSummit Technologies Private Limited and its subsidiaries, M.N. Hariharan oversees Finance, Legal, Tax and Admin functions. He is a CA by profession and has 28 years of experience in the Finance & Accounting domain handling assignments on Strategic Planning, Commercial Operations and Risk Management. He has been associated with renowned companies like Peak Infrastructure (A Brookfield Company), ICCL, Xander, K. Raheja Corp and Essar Group in the past.

His areas of expertise are Financial Planning and Control, Fund Management, Costing, Budgeting, Auditing and Taxation.

Kaustubh Laturkar has over 25 years of enriched experience in various global markets and industry verticals across consulting, sales, delivery, and business solutioning. He is passionate about art-of-possible within ‘Digital Transformation’ and believes that ‘Digital Transformation’ is about holistic transformation than just about technology. Kaustubh is excited about opportunities in ‘sustainability’ leveraging technology.

In his erstwhile role, Kaustubh was part of the Senior Leadership Team at Cognizant and the Global Leadership Team of Cognizant Digital Business – AI and Data/Analytics business. He was one of the founding members of Cognizant’s ‘Artificial Intelligence’ team, funded by the CEO for incubating AI within Cognizant. Kaustubh spearheaded several strategic market units across the globe and transformed Cognizant’s competitive positioning in these markets.

Kaustubh was responsible for large P&L, delivery, and portfolio solutioning. He ran several strategic initiatives at the organizational level. He was Centre Head for Pune and Mumbai locations for AI and Analytics business, leading a team of around 3000 employees. He was also responsible for building capabilities locally within these locations.

Kaustubh considers himself fortunate for getting mentored by senior leaders in the industry and thereby getting exposure to all parts of the business. He has been working with executive leaders across the industry and board members.

A mechanical engineer by education, Kaustubh is passionate about solving complex business problems using the power of technology. He is also a regular speaker at various industry forums and universities.

A hands-on leader, Sameer is a core technologist nearing three decades of experience in cybersecurity and organization leadership.

Sameer co-founded Aujas Cybersecurity, a global company focused on cybersecurity transformation. Instated in 2008 with venture backing, Aujas Cybersecurity is now a subsidiary of NuSummit.
Earlier, Sameer held business and technology leadership positions at Fidelity Investments, Cisco Systems, Hewlett Packard, and Microland.

An Engineering graduate from the University of Pune and Executive Management at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore, Sameer held several industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, ITIL Masters, etc., and is an active member and contributor to the Forbes Technology Council. Sameer also speaks at industry events and enjoys mentoring young talent with his associations with schools and universities.

Anantharaman Sreenivasan (Ganesh) has two-plus decades of enriched experience in various markets and industry verticals across consulting, technology, operations, and products. He is currently the Managing Director and Group CEO of NuSummit Technologies Private Limited.

In his erstwhile role, Ganesh was Cognizant’s Vice President & Country Head of India Market, responsible for client-centricity, P&L, business, and strategic direction for this region. He was also part of the global Executive Leadership Team (ELT), Global Growth Market (GGM) Leadership, and the India Leadership Council (ILC) for Cognizant.

Earlier, he worked in multiple leadership roles at IBM, driving Digital business, Analytics, Cognitive, and Cloud adoption across industry verticals. In his long stint with the Financial Services vertical, he has been responsible for driving some of the largest global digital transformation and strategic outsourcing programs for BFSI clients. In his many stints, he has also worked closely with the IBM research and IBM software labs to explore and leverage the adoption of new-age technologies to address business problems.

Previously he was with iGate Global Solutions in the NA region and was responsible for setting up their Media & Entertainment practice globally. Ganesh spent the early years of his career with two of India’s leading media houses, Bennett Coleman & Co Ltd. (The Times Group) and The Indian Express Newspapers Ltd.

Ganesh holds a BE Mechanical degree from Pune University and a Master’s in Marketing Management from NMIMS, Mumbai. He is a recipient of the prestigious Master Deal Maker certification from INSEAD. Ganesh has completed the Breakthrough Value Leadership Executive program by Boston Toronto Group and IBM (a Harvard Executive Leadership Program). He has also been part of various leadership development programs, such as the GGM Global Leadership of Cognizant (conducted in Amsterdam for top leaders of Cognizant).

Ganesh is the Chair of the Regional Council for NASSCOM and Member of CII Western Region Sub-Committee on R&D, Innovation and Digitalisation and is regularly invited as an industry speaker in various forums.
