Job Description:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive data privacy strategy and framework for the organization.
- Ensure compliance with global privacy regulations, including DPDPA, GDPR.
- Lead the development and maintenance of privacy policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Oversee privacy impact assessments and data protection impact assessments (DPIA).
- Oversee the implementation of privacy-by-design principles across all business processes and systems.
- Establish and maintain data governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with senior management to align data privacy strategies with business objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in privacy laws, regulations, and technologies.
- Lead the development and implementation of data encryption and security strategies.
